Year 1 pupils at St Mary's Primary School in Tunstall had an amazing time learning about African instruments and playing djembes. They learnt some traditional African songs, and the staff couldn't help but get involved too! Well done St Mary's, it was a pleasure working with you!
Pupils at Bridgewater Park Primary School in Runcorn have shown their amazing singing skills today. We have been learning songs for the Harvest Festival and pupils from reception right up to Year 6 sang so beautifully. Well done also to our lunchtime and after school singing group who sound amazing!
Pupils at Moorfield Primary School in Widnes have been learning how to read musical notation today. We have learnt how to read crotchets, quavers and semiquavers and discovered what the word "pulse" means, and then we played a whole class piece together. Well done to all the pupils!
